DIVAS Asset Management is an independent asset management boutique regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), overseeing various investment strategies for our clients.

Despite our independence we reap the benefits of being embedded in a single-family office, active in Life Insurance and Asset Management with some CHF15bn assets under management and over 150 employees across Europe.

Daniel brings a vast experience and knowledge in the retail and institutional derivatives market of over 20 years, where he has held management positions such as, Head of Cross Asset Derivatives Switzerland and Head of Equity Derivatives Switzerland, Germany & Israel for Citigroup and Société Générale.
Conradin, co-founder of DIVAS Asset Management AG, previously worked in Private Equity at Partners Group and as a leading Quant at Julius Baer and Credit-Suisse. He has a vast expertise in asset management, risk management, derivative models, portfolio construction, factor investing and derivative strategies. Conradin holds a PhD in Physics from ETH Zurich.
Marc holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from SIB Zurich and a MAS in Software Engineering from HSR Rapperswil. He worked as a Trader, Portfolio Manager, Client Relationship Manager and in Risk Management at Dresdner Bank and UBS and formed the Currency Overlay Services as a Partner at Quaesta Capital. In the past decade Marc has designed, developed and released Software and Tools for the finance industry, focusing on Risk Management.
Hansueli manages Eurozone Equity Funds. In the previous 30 years he managed Eurozone Equities at GAM Investment Management and UBS Investment Management in Zurich, Global Equities at Globvest and Morgan Stanley in Zurich, Pan-European Equities at Schroders in Zurich and U.K./Irish Equities at SBC Portfolio Management International in London. He graduated as Economist from the School of Economics and Business Administration in Zurich.
As Head of Marketing, Alida is responsible for the entire Corporate Design & Communications as well as for the creation and publication of on- and off-campaigns. She brings a wealth of experience in social media strategies, employer branding and marketing and sales processes from large companies.
Klaus Mutschler
Chairman of the board
Martin is an international manager, CEO and member of various boards of directors. He is acting Chairman of SWISS INSUREVOLUTION, consisting of a portfolio of insurance businesses across Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Eastern Europe. In the previous 15 years Martin held various management positions within the AXA Group, including CEO of AXA Czech Republic and Slovakia and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AXA Bank Germany. He started his career at Arthur Andersen Management Consulting, following his studies in Business Administration in Heidenheim and completing his Master in Business Administration in Paris, Philadelphia and Tokyo.
Florian Treu has studied economics and earned his doctorate at the University of Basel/Switzerland. He started his carrier with ATAG Ernst&Young (EY) and worked afterwards for Bank Sarasin Group in Zurich, London and Dubai. Since 2006 he has been an independent advisor mainly to family offices in the area of art, private equity, and operational topics. Florian Treu has 20 years of experience in the financial sector and as member of the board of directors, he is also responsible for overlooking the Compliance.
